Quintessence (1321)

This canvas rises like a column of energy, a vertical torrent traversing worlds. At the base, deep reds and purples form a burning matrix, like molten earth, the incandescent cradle of all life. Gradually, oranges and yellows flare into solar bursts, opening onto azure blues and translucent greens, like a path ascending toward the light. The cells unfold in vibrant alveoles, witnesses to a cosmic breath irrigating every fragment of matter. The eye follows this upward movement, caught in the dance of contrasts: density and lightness, shadow and clarity, weight and flight. Here, each color seems to transfigure itself, as if the canvas contained the very scale of the soul.
