Quintessence (360)

In this painting, a spiral seems to float between two worlds: on one side, the deep greens and aquatic blues evoke the depths of the sea; on the other, blazing reds, golds, and purples suggest a stellar forge. The whole unfurls like a living map of the universe, where each colour tells of a force, each shade an element in motion.
At its centre, matter seems to be in fusion, like a celestial spring of lava pouring into an emerald ocean. The outer whorls, lighter and more translucent, envelop this incandescence in the manner of a shell protecting its pearl. One senses that everything is in gestation, that the canvas captures a fragile moment where chaos transforms into harmony. The spiral ceaselessly draws the gaze, recalling that everything in creation follows this same motif: galaxies, storms, shells, flowers… It is the subtle sign of universal order, a divine signature echoing from the smallest to the greatest. And what if this shimmering spiral were to teach us that, even in the midst of tempests and upheavals, life always reaches towards a higher form of equilibrium and beauty?
