The story behind

In this painting, radiant bursts seem to pierce the blue waters, evoking the River Jordan, where water becomes a symbol of passage, purification, and rebirth. It is on the banks of this river that John the Baptist baptized Jesus, forever inscribing this place in humanity’s spiritual imagination. The vivid hues—pink, gold, and turquoise—convey the intensity of a founding moment: the instant when one accepts to submerge the past in order to be reborn into light. Each spark of color becomes an echo of the eternal question: are we, too, ready to plunge into these waters to be reborn to ourselves?
