The story behind

In this painting, the burst of colours seem to collide and tear themselves from the canvas, like a people marching toward the unknown. The swirling reds and purples evoke a restless wandering, while golden and green lights hint at the hope of a promised land. Here, exile is not merely a geographical place, but an inner state: the feeling of being uprooted, of distance from one’s home, of longing for loved ones. Yet it is also a path of transformation, for within this difficult journey lies the promise of renewal. Is not every search for refuge, whether spiritual or human, above all a return to oneself?
