In this painting, the ocean and the cosmos entwine. Deep blues drift in slow sheets, crossed by white and golden veins — as though the ice of the heavens met the tides of Earth. The paint follows its own currents, the breath of wind within fluid matter, the gesture pared down to a simple act: accompanying the drift. Here, scattered reds flare like embers, fires hidden in marine depths or stellar cores. Around them, violets breathe, turquoises tremble, light spreads — suspended between two realms.
