A solar conflagration erupts at the crest of this canvas, setting the expanse ablaze with streams of glowing red and flashes of molten gold. Blazing yellows cascade like rivers of light, whilst orange embers spatter the surface in shifting sparks. The lower part darkens, saturated with deep purples, mysterious greens, and violets speckled with luminous cells. It appears as if a land is forming, traversed by subterranean forces ready to break forth. The encounter is electric: incandescent air meets dense matter, the breath of the sky unites with the fire of the earth’s core. Everything seems to thrum with the pulse of creation, as though a star were being born before our very eyes. The work captures that fragile instant where destruction merges with rebirth, where explosion holds the promise of new worlds.
