In this painting, a surge of colour ignites at the heart of a stellar night. Deep browns split into incandescent rivers, while streaks of violet and turquoise burst forth like cosmic fireflies. The whole appears both mineral and organic—a landscape in flux, where rock seems to breathe and light pulses. Each area of the canvas evokes a layer of depth: abyssal black, dense as silence, is pierced by red and golden veins, reminiscent of lava coursing through the Earth’s core. Higher up, constellations of luminous dots recall stars being born, scattered across a matrix of raw matter. It is a dance of extremes. There is the promise of a passage leading to light.
