Quintessence (1308)

A vertical surge pierces this canvas, resembling a living trunk reaching toward the light. Green unfolds in a thousand shades, from emerald to turquoise, like ascending sap nourished by deep shadow. Golden touches sparkle like hidden fruits, suspended in the momentum of this growth. Around this column of life, violet and white filaments intertwine in fragile lace, like aerial roots or veins of light. One can almost hear the discreet song of a cosmic tree, linking the dark earth to the translucent sky. Each colored cell is like a cell, vibrant with breath and light. Here, the matter does not scatter: it organizes, it rises, it traces an ascent. This is a germination that no longer merely bursts forth: it structures itself, takes form, becomes an axis. As if the Creator had planted within us the seed of an eternal tree, destined to grow endlessly.
