Quintessence (1410)

This painting reveals an interlacing of turquoise, mauve and pale green, punctuated by small pink and orange cells. A diagonal band blending deep violet and light blue crosses the composition like a fluid energy current. Around it, milky textures spread in delicate halos, creating an almost translucent atmosphere. The turquoise areas, bright in places, contrast with denser mauve clusters at the bottom of the canvas. Occasional orange droplets appear like suspended particles of light. Organic forms fit into one another, suggesting a cosmic structure in constant mutation. The whole breathes a calm, ascending movement where colour seems to glide, merge and be reborn.
