Guided by this quote, my collection “AEOLIAN MOMENTS” embodies the very essence of movement and life. Each painting is a journey, an intimate encounter with the wind - this creative breath that, like a faithful companion, invites me to explore infinite horizons.

My works from the collection “AEOLIAN MOMENTS” are not merely paintings; they are suspended passages in time, an ode to the ephemeral and the eternal. This collection is an invitation to feel, to dream, and above all, to live.

Inspiration: A Collection Inspired by the Breath of Creation

The wind, invisible and mysterious, is the guiding thread of my art. For me, it is a spiritual and poetic guide, a vital force that inspires each brushstroke.

In “AEOLIAN MOMENTS”, this breath becomes an almost tangible force, a gentle yet irresistible presence unfolding across the canvas. It tells stories of seas stirring sails, skies traversed by fleeting breezes, and horizons wide open to new promises.

Sailboats emerge as metaphors for the soul’s quest for freedom, while water, fluid and luminous, reveals the depth of existence. By anchoring this collection in the theme of the wind, I also express my desire to explore the interplay between the elemental and the spiritual.

Artistic Techniques

To capture this elusive essence, I chose acrylic paint on canvas, a medium that allows for almost instant responsiveness and endless variation in textures.
Iridescent colors, at times subtle and vibrant, provide a unique playground to render light palpable.

I avoid rigid contours, preferring fluid, often intuitive gestures that translate the freedom of the wind. Techniques such as layering, partial erasure, and glazing evoke the depth and transparency of the aquatic element.

Curved lines and organic patterns suggest air currents, while dynamic strokes narrate the force of gusts. Each canvas becomes its own ecosystem, where breath and matter meet.

Symbolism of the Collection

Through this collection, I aim to capture the essence of the present moment - that precious, fleeting fraction of time.

The wind, in its elusive nature, represents both the ephemeral and renewal. It reminds us that life is a continuous flow, a succession of moments to be fully embraced.

The element of water, omnipresent in my paintings, adds an introspective and meditative dimension. The sea, with its shifting horizons, symbolizes both the infinity of possibilities and the departure for new adventures, new beginnings. Sailboats, carried by the winds, embody our ability to navigate challenges and follow our own inner currents.
