Hellusions

In this painting, colors plunge as if swallowed by a dizzying spiral. The green background, a promise of hope, fractures under bursts of fiery reds and golds collapsing upon themselves. The initial upward thrust transforms into a fall, exposing the fragility of dreams built upon sand. Each brushstroke feels like a cry, a frantic dance denouncing the seductive lure of illusions. The eye believes it sees wings, but they may be invisible chains. The canvas becomes a mirror: showing us how the soul, enamored with easy light, risks losing itself in the mirages of the world.
