The story behind
This canvas rises like a primordial mountain, emerging from the depths of the sea. Mineral masses soar upwards in strata of stone and light, like a foundational pedestal set at the dawn of the world. Whites and beiges evoke the purity of rock, while reds and oranges burn like embers still alive within the heart of matter. Around this elevation, blues and greens envelop the scene like primal waters, a matrix from which all things spring forth. The textures, at once fluid and solid, recall the patient work of time, where fire and water together sculpt the shapes of invisible continents. The canvas breathes with the power of beginnings: it seems to recount the very moment when minerals rose up, allowing life to be born and anchored. This is a vision at once earthly and cosmic, uniting the immutable with the ever-changing, the silence of stones with the song of the abyss. And so a question arises: what if, within every mountain—visible or hidden—there still beat the heart of the first day of Creation?
