Quintessence (81)

A crimson dawn blazes at the top of the canvas, mingling with orange flames that seem to tear the horizon. Lower down, a veil of blue studded with white spots evokes a restless sea—or perhaps a sky of scattered clouds. Greens and violets intertwine in the foreground, recalling a living earth that absorbs and reflects the intensity of the sky. Everything here breathes abundance and excess: colors stream forth, pressing and jostling in a fertile tension. The gaze wanders without rest, moving from incandescent light to deep shadows, from the fluidity of inks to the density of colored masses. The eye finds no repose, and it is precisely in this overflow that the canvas reveals its strength. And if this abundance were not excess, but generosity?
