Mourning Reality

In this painting, the flowing forms and vibrant colors translate the dissolution of the tangible into pure abstraction. Reality, embodied by flashes of white light and touches of green, seems to dissolve in a whirlwind of purple and magenta that sweeps away all certainties. The pictorial space becomes a stage where the visible transforms into an inner vision, where matter vanishes to give way to imagination. What was once solid turns into vibration, what once seemed certain becomes an enigma. The viewer is confronted with the fragility of reference points, invited to witness the moment when the concrete world fades to reveal another reality, more intimate and infinitely more mysterious. This “death of the real” is not an end, but a metamorphosis, an opening toward unsuspected dimensions. In this passage between two worlds, are we not invited to endlessly reinvent the boundary between illusion and truth?
