The story behind

In this painting, the horizon where a city seems to emerge appears to be on fire, glowing with reds and oranges, while the sea unfolds in deep blues and turquoise. There is a kind of balance between two worlds: one of blazing light and the other of aquatic depths. The vertical shapes suggest an ascent, as if calling toward the sky, while the flowing waves evoke a grounding in the ocean’s movement. It is a painting of transition, a threshold between two dimensions.
