The story behind

In this painting, a blazing totem rises, standing like a prayer to the sky. Its forms evoke sacred feathers, gilded by light, reminiscent of the offerings that ancient indian peoples carved into wood or stone to summon the protection of spirits. The vibrant red surrounding this ascent is that of life, of blood and fire, the matrix of all energy.
