The story behind

A tumult of water and fire unfolds across this canvas. Fiery reds spread like a stream of molten lava, colliding with turquoise and deep blues that swirl in shifting waves. The whole evokes a meeting of the elements, a silent battle between marine and volcanic forces. Brown and ochre veins merge with luminous bursts, calling to mind mineral forms sculpted by time. In places, the eye glimpses oceanic abysses teeming with microscopic life; elsewhere, a stellar eruption sets the space alight with incandescent jets. This painting is a field of metamorphosis: everything flows, fractures, and regenerates.
