The story behind

In this painting, the eye can no longer clearly distinguish where the water ends and the garden that houses this imaginary pond begins. Soft greens, turquoise hues, and silvery grays bathe the canvas in a gentle, almost ethereal light, while pinks, purples, yellows, and oranges emerge like blossoms unexpectedly breaking the surface. The work evokes Giverny—not as a direct depiction of Monet's garden, but as a sensitive memory of a place where sky, water, and vegetation have learned to merge seamlessly. At the center, the texture seems alive with a subtle tremor. Forms are reflected, duplicated, and dissolved; some appear to float on the water, while others seem to emerge from beneath its surface. Everything becomes a passage: the water receives the sky, the stylized flowers extend into their reflections, and the substance embraces the light. Before this delicate, ever-changing harmony, the garden itself seems to transform into a meditation—a fragment of Creation in which visible beauty gently leads us toward the mystery of its Source.
