The Vagaries of Fate

In this work, everything seems to dance to the rhythm of an invisible breath. Curves unfold, entwine, and cross, like unpredictable trajectories. The deep blues of the background and the luminous turquoise open a space of freedom, while at the center, an ovoid form concentrates the colors of life, like a seed tossed by the wind. Vivid strokes—yellow, red, violet—appear as so many possible paths, bursting forth, intersecting, sometimes vanishing. It is a metaphor for our lives: no one knows where the forks will lead, nor which breath will turn the sail. And yet, within this apparent tumult, harmony emerges—fragile but real—as if the whims of destiny concealed their own secret order. The painting invites us to embrace the unforeseen, to welcome the unexpected, and to recognize that beauty often arises from the detours we had not chosen.
