Quintessence (1103)

This canvas is ablaze with an incandescent fire. Reds unfurl like rivers of molten lava, gold rises as shards of sunlight, while deep blues stretch into liquid sheets, akin to expanding oceans. Air, water, earth and fire appear united here in a single dance, each dissolving into the other to conjure a fifth element: ether—unseen, yet omnipresent, a subtle vibration. Nothing remains fixed: fire flows like a stream, the sea grows incandescent, earth liquefies, and air transforms into coloured substance. The viewer beholds a world in fusion, a genesis in perpetual metamorphosis where all circulates and becomes one. Perhaps this is the very image of the universe: a respiration composed of opposing elements which, rather than conflicting, harmonise in luminous alchemy.
