This painting unfolds like a cosmic map, where the elements seem to spread and converge. At its heart, a dark river winds its way, like a vein of life coursing through molten matter. Around it, flashes of green, turquoise and yellow radiate outward, as though new lands were emerging from primordial chaos. The purples and burning reds recall lava, whilst blue and white sparks glitter like shards of ice, contrasting with the surrounding heat. Here, everything appears in metamorphosis: masses divide, intertwine, unfurl into luminous corollas or fragment into stardust. One perceives a dynamic of ascent and fall, of germination and dissolution, as if substance were striving to find its place within the great fabric of the universe.
